Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that support business growth, brand awareness, and lead generation objectives.
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, optimize, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms to maximize performance and return on investment.
SEO & Content Marketing:
Lead search engine optimization initiatives, keyword research, content planning, and website optimization to improve organic visibility and user engagement.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms, prepare detailed reports, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with designers, content creators, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
Budget & Project Management:
Manage marketing budgets, prioritize initiatives, oversee project timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently while meeting performance goals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Management, with a proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns.
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, and digital reporting dashboards.
Analytical Thinking:
Comfortable interpreting marketing data, identifying trends, optimizing campaign performance, and making strategic decisions based on measurable insights.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present marketing strategies, campaign results, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
Organization & Leadership:
Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize competing deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Mindset:
A proactive, commercially minded marketing professional who enjoys solving problems, embraces innovation, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve marketing performance while staying ahead of digital industry trends.
Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
