Gardener/Handyman
An opportunity has arisen and Housing Units is looking for a full-time gardener/handyman to look after its various sites.
The role is Monday to Friday, working an 8.5 hour day, and would involve the need to drive so a full driving licence is essential.
Gardening duties include mowing grass, strimming, pruning, weeding, weed-killing, planting and general garden maintenance. Other duties include general site maintenance, sweeping, power-washing and removing rubbish. Winter duties may include snow clearing and gritting when required.
The right person for this job will be fit, reliable and hard working and also be able to work in all weathers since the job is outdoors.
All tools will be provided. Previous gardening experience is essential.

Salary: From £31,000-£33,000 per year depending on experience. A company van is also included for the right candidate.
