At Jack's Vets, our Veterinary Coordinators are at the heart of everything we do. This is not a traditional receptionist role. While client interaction forms a significant part of the position, the role extends far beyond answering phones and booking appointments.
This is a varied and engaging position that combines client care, coordination, communication, organisation, financial awareness, and problem-solving within a busy veterinary environment. You'll play an important role in ensuring both our clients and clinical team receive the support they need throughout the day.
Full Time & Part Time Role Available
The role naturally has two distinct elements. Part of your day will be highly people-focused, welcoming clients, supporting pet owners, and helping guide them through what can sometimes be emotional or stressful situations. The other part involves coordinating information, maintaining accuracy, managing processes, and helping ensure the smooth running of the practice behind the scenes.
No two days are the same. We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, embraces change, and takes pride in helping a busy team deliver exceptional care.
