Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Floor Staff Members. Reporting directly to the Floor Operations Manager, you will be the face of New Meta, assisting guests with gaming equipment, maintaining the facility's cleanliness and organization, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing information about our gaming experiences and services.
- Assist guests with the proper use of gaming equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility, including resetting gaming stations and common areas.
- Monitor guest activity to ensure adherence to facility rules and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and report directly to the Floor Operations Manager to facilitate smooth operations during events and peak hours.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise or concessions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
