FLT Reach Driver – Solihull
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Reach Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Solihull.
This is a great opportunity for reliable and experienced Reach Truck Drivers looking for regular, ongoing night shifts with a consistent Friday-Tuesday working pattern.
The Role
As an FLT Reach Driver, your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Moving and storing stock throughout the cold store
- Loading and unloading goods
- Put-away and replenishment of stock
- Safely manoeuvring pallets in racking and warehouse areas
- Completing warehouse duties as required
- Following site procedures and all health & safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Working as part of a team to ensure daily targets and operational requirements are met
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a valid Reach Truck FLT licence/certificate
- Have previous experience operating a Reach Truck
- Have warehouse or logistics experience
- Are reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance
- Have a good understanding of warehouse health & safety
- Are comfortable working night shifts
- Can work the full Friday-Tuesday shift pattern
- Are physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Have a positive attitude and good work ethic

Days: Friday-Tuesday
Hours: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Pay Rate: £14.85 per hour
