NOW HIRING: Service-Driven Floor & Bar Staff at Tia’s Mexican!
At Tia’s, exceptional hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We believe great food and drinks taste even better when served with genuine warmth, attention to detail, and a vibrant attitude. We’re recruiting for a new opening and looking for dedicated service professionals (and passionate beginners!) for full-time and part-time roles.
The Roles & Service Expectations:
Bar Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Speed & Precision: Craft cocktails, pour drinks, and keep the bar running smoothly during high-volume rushes without compromising quality.
- Interactive Service: Engage guests waiting for tables, offer beverage recommendations, and keep your station spotless and organized.
- Late-Night Availability Required: Must be able to work late shifts on Friday and Saturday nights, as the venue stays open until 3:00 AM to keep the party going!
Floor Staff (Full-Time & Part-Time)
- Deliver Authentic Hospitality: Greet every guest like a regular, guide them through our menu with passion, and anticipate their needs before they ask.
- Master Service Standards: Promptly take orders, ensure seamless food presentation, handle table maintenance efficiently, and keep the dining area immaculate.
- Create Connections: Turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars with proactive, warm, and attentive care.

- Night Owl Ready (Bar Crew): You bring high energy into the early hours for our weekend late shifts.
- Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things—from empty glasses to quick table turnarounds.
- Energetic Team Player: You thrive in a busy environment, communicate well with the kitchen, and keep your cool under pressure.
- Experience in fast-paced service is a big plus, but a genuine passion for great hospitality is essential!
Pay: £12.71 per hour
