Frimpeks Ltd is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Temporary Production Operative to join our busy Coating Facility in Saxmundham. We are entering a peak trading period and require additional support to ensure our production targets are met.
This is an immediate start for a 3-month contract, ideal for someone looking to secure consistent work in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working within our coating facility, playing a vital role in the production process. Your daily tasks will include:
- Supporting the production line to meet output requirements.
- Assisting with the operation of coating machinery.
- Ensuring high standards of quality control and health & safety compliance.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Working Hours
Due to the nature of our operations during this peak period, the role requires flexibility.
- Average 42 hours per week.
- Rota-based shifts: You will be required to work a mix of days and nights.
- Pattern: Typically 3 or 4 shifts per week, depending on the current production schedule.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Right to Work: You must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
- Location: You must live within a commutable distance of our Saxmundham facility.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment is highly desired.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a changing shift rota are essential.
