Private Associate Dentist — Saturdays — Stella Dental, Stafford
Stella Dental is a private dental group operating across Stourbridge, Stafford and Nottingham. We are opening a Saturday list at Stafford and looking for a private associate to own it.
The opportunity
This is a fully private, self-employed associate position. There is no NHS commitment and no UDA target. You will work from an established, growing appointment book with a dedicated nurse and Treatment Co-ordinator support on every list.
Our Stafford clinic offers general and cosmetic private dentistry, including Invisalign clear aligners, implants, composite bonding, professional whitening and hygiene therapy.

- A Treatment Co-ordinator handling consultations, treatment plan presentation and finance applications, so your chair time stays clinical
- CareStack practice management with digital charting and intra-oral scanning
- Established marketing generating a consistent flow of new private enquiries
- Full compliance, CQC and radiation protection infrastructure already built and maintained
Who this suits
- GDC registered with a minimum of two years' post-qualification UK experience
- Confident in private treatment planning and case discussion
- A track record of, or genuine appetite for, high-value cosmetic and restorative work
- Someone who wants a long-term private base rather than short-term cover
Requirements
- Current GDC registration
- Valid professional indemnity
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Hepatitis B immunity status
- Right to work in the UK
- Current CPD portfolio and appraisal history
Remuneration
Percentage of gross, paid monthly against a self-billing arrangement.
Progression
The Saturday list is expected to grow. Additional midweek sessions are available to the right clinician as the book fills, and we support progression across the group.
