Associate Dentist – Mixed NHS & Private Practice (Full Time / Part Time)
We're looking for a motivated associate to join our busy, modern High Street practice in Wood Green - accessible by 2 underground stations and 2 train stations.
For the right candidate, this role offers excellent earning potential, with a strong private split, high UDA volume, and genuine scope to grow a private list within a well-established patient base.
What's on offer:
- 4,500–6,000 UDAs (depending on days)
- 50% private split with high earning potential
- Full digital setup: 4 digital scanners (iTero, i900 Medit, and more), intraoral cameras, TVs in every surgery, recently refurbished rooms.
- Brand new Carestream CBCT/OPG machine on site
- Experienced support team plus a dedicated Treatment Coordinator
- Specialist colleagues on site, with mentoring available in Invisalign, implants, oral surgery, and periodontics for the right candidate
What you'll do:
- Deliver NHS and private dental care to a high standard
- Achieve daily UDA targets while confidently offering private treatment options to patients
- Maintain clear, compliant clinical records
- Bring good bedside manner and work closely with a friendly, skilled team
Desirable:
- Invisalign experience, or a special interest in endodontics or oral surgery, or willingness to develop these skills with in-house mentoring
Requirements:
- GDC registered with a valid performer number
- Confident communicator and team player
