Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all assigned spaces
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly
- Follow health and safety procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Adhere to organisational policies regarding cleaning schedules and protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within allocated shifts
