Nylas is seeking confident, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our Street Team as a Promoter. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in social environments, enjoys engaging with people, and has a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
As a Promoter, you will be the face of our venue, interacting with members of the public and encouraging potential customers to visit and experience what Nylas has to offer. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and strong presence will play a key role in driving footfall and creating a positive first impression of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage with members of the public in designated areas.
- Promote the venue in a professional, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
- Encourage potential customers to visit the venue and communicate key offers, events, and experiences.
- Represent the Nylas brand positively at all times.
- Meet individual performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the Street Team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while on shift.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly social, confident, and comfortable approaching new people.
- Strong presence with the ability to capture attention and engage effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Previous experience in promotions, sales, hospitality, customer service, or events is beneficial but not essential.
