About the Role:
Sheffield has a rich history of industrial craftsmanship, and at Ecobags Brasil UK, we bring that same commitment to quality into modern, eco-friendly logistics. We supply sustainable, reusable packaging solutions that help businesses reduce their environmental footprint without sacrificing reliability. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Specialist (m/f/d) to take ownership of our day-to-day warehouse operations. You aren't just moving boxes; you are the backbone of our UK supply chain. Why Work With Us?
- The Environment: Our facility is located in Sheffield's active industrial zone, fully equipped with safe, organized workspace and modern stock handling tools.
- Operational Respect: We know that a company is only as good as its warehouse operations. Your dedication to accuracy and order will be recognized and valued from Day 1.
- Modern Systems: We utilize clear digital inventory tracking and logistics software to keep fulfillment simple, structured, and hassle-free.
- Growth: As our UK distribution footprint expands, you will have opportunities to grow into supervisory and supply chain management roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock. Ensure our inventory management system accurately reflects real-time stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare eco-friendly product orders for dispatch, adhering strictly to quality control standards.
- Space Optimization: Organize storage bays efficiently, ensuring safe material handling, clean aisles, and maximum storage capacity.
- Dispatch & Returns: Coordinate with transport carriers for timely daily pickups and process incoming returns efficiently.
- Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a secure working environment by strictly following health and safety protocols and conducting routine equipment checks.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 2+ years in a warehouse, logistics, or stock control role, with a strong grasp of goods-in/goods-out processes.
- Track Record: Proven reliability and attention to detail. We want someone who takes pride in error-free order picking and structured inventory management.
- Skills & Licenses: Basic computer literacy for inventory software. A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) license is a major advantage.
- Physical Capability: Comfortable with active, physical work, including manual handling, lifting, and operating standard warehouse equipment safely.
- Mindset: You are organized, proactive, and dependable. You take initiative to keep the warehouse running smoothly even during high-volume periods.
