Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5.30 pm (1h unpaid lunch)
Finefair has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator to join our growing, successful company. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of reactive repairs, with the ability to manage and distribute information within a busy office environment. You will need to be able to work within a team as well as an individual, and possess a dynamic can-do attitude.
Your duties include (but are not limited to):
Manging a large portfolio of residential properties
- Answering high volumes of phone calls quickly and efficiently, providing regular updates to both tenants, landlords and local authorities
- Prioritising requests based on the severity of the issue and managing time effectively in order to deliver
- Dealing with tenant complaints, ASB (anti-social behaviour issues) and maintenance queries – this could be face to face interaction or via phone
- Updating the computer database (CRM software) with information which will involves:
- Taking notes,
- Raising and booking jobs, closing jobs
- Signing off invoices from contractors sub-contractors and in house operatives
- Dealing with the local authority councils, portfolio landlords, and new potential landlords on a daily basis
- Has a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
We welcome CV’s from candidates from a reactive repairs background, property and estates management or building services administration. Strong customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to multitask and communicate effectively. You must be able to use your own initiative and work well under pressure, dealing with client queries effectively and working to strict deadlines as well as have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
