At Birchgrove, we create welcoming rental communities designed exclusively for people over 65 - places where residents can feel comfortable, connected and independent. Lower Mill Apartments is based in Ewell in beautiful settings on the Hogsmill River.

What you'll be doing

Perform detailed housekeeping routines in residents' apartments

Develop warm relationships with residents

Report any concerns or unusual behaviour from residents to management

Maintain a high level of cleanliness in common areas

Replenish communal supplies and manage cleaning product stock

Report damage or malfunction in apartments or communal areas
-
Provide outstanding customer service to residents

Maintain organised and clean laundry and cleaner's cupboard areas
-
Undertake activities that fall under Health & Safety policies and procedures

Warm and friendly personality

Passionate about enhancing the lives of residents

Proven experience as a housekeeper or similar role

Excellent time management skills
