Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Assistant Practice Manager will ensure the efficient day to day management and development of members practices. They will work in conjunction with the Senior Clerk and Chambers Clerk, to provide a high quality, effective and professional service to clients and members of Chambers.
Founded in London’s financial district Canary Wharf, and now situated in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, 25 Canada Square Chambers brings a modern approach to advisory and litigation work. We provide specialist legal services for our clients in each of our Practice Areas of Civil Litigation, Lender Services, Insurance Services, Personal Injury, Housing and Insolvency.

Experience of diary & case management
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with an ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.
- A strong attention to detail & commitment to providing a high-quality service.
- Experience of negotiating & agreeing fees.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, communicating effectively with individuals at all levels, to build & maintain professional relationships.
- Working knowledge of Lex Chambers Management Software (desirable).

Proactive diary & case management, processing incoming instructions & correspondence. Ensuring details are accurately recorded.
- Quoting & negotiating fees.
- Undertaking conflict searches.
- Onboarding new clients.
- Promoting members of Chambers.
- Maintain market awareness of developments within practice areas. Contribute to marketing & business development activities.
- Under the direction of the Practice Manager, ensuring 25CSC acts in compliance with BSB Guidance as an AETO, internal best practice & company policies.
