Standby Healthcare are recruiting for a Registered Manager in Chesterfield, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established provider of elderly Nursing and Residential care. Role responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility of the day to day running of the home
- Oversee delivery of person-centred care that respects the dignity, privacy, and preferences of residents.
- Ensure care plans are accurate, reviewed regularly, and tailored to each resident.
- Management of the team
- Lead on all quality and compliance throughout the home ensuring in line with CQC guidelines
- Budget management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff.
- Ensure sufficient staffing levels and appropriate skill mix at all times
To be successful you will:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Prior experience as a CQC Registered Manager
- NMC - Preferred but not essential
