Swindon / Bristol / Gloucester | Up to £45,000 + Door-to-Door
The Package
- Up to £45,000 basic salary
- 40-hour working week
- Lunch hour paid when working a 9-hour day
- Door-to-door travel paid
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
- On-call rota of 1 weekday per week OR 1 weekend in every 5

The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be stuck working on the same equipment every day.
You'll cover a varied portfolio of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems, visiting customer sites across the South West and becoming a trusted engineer for the clients you look after.
You'll be working on equipment including:
- Cold rooms
- Ice machines
- Bottle coolers
- Display cabinets
- VRV / VRF systems
- Split systems
- Commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
What you'll be doing
- Carrying out servicing, Installs, planned maintenance and reactive repairs
- Diagnosing faults and finding practical solutions
- Working independently across customer sites
- Building strong, professional relationships with customers
- Keeping equipment operating efficiently and minimising downtime
- Completing job reports accurately using a company phone or tablet
- Responding to reactive calls as part of the on-call rota
- Visiting the office when required for parts, equipment and van restocking
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an engineer who is technically capable, reliable and takes pride in delivering a quality service.
You'll need:
- Proven experience in Refrigeration and/or Air Conditioning
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent
- F-Gas Category 1
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
