Salary: £26,325 per annum during training with uncapped commission and genuine earning potential of £100,000+ per year once promoted to Recruitment Consultant.

Pepper Staffing is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. No previous recruitment experience is required – we’ll provide full training, ongoing support and a clear progression pathway.
We specialise in temporary staffing within the health and social care sector. This is a fast-paced, reactive role where no two days are the same. You’ll be helping clients cover shifts at short notice, supporting our agency workers and ensuring we consistently deliver an outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and agency workers.
- Managing bookings and filling temporary staffing requirements.
- Responding quickly to urgent client requests and finding suitable staff.
- Liaising with clients and agency workers by phone, email and WhatsApp.
- Ensuring bookings are accurately recorded on our recruitment system.
- Maintaining compliance and accurate worker records.
- Solving staffing issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working towards individual and team performance targets.
- Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the recruitment desk.
- Developing long-term relationships with clients and agency workers.
