Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality childcare by engaging children in educational and playful activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development
- Support children’s individual needs through attentive supervision and personalized care plans
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily activities
- Assist in planning and implementing early childhood education programs aligned with curriculum standards
- Manage daily routines such as meal times, nap schedules, and outdoor play to ensure consistency and comfort for children
- Collaborate with team members to monitor children's development milestones and report any concerns promptly
Experience
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting is highly desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of childcare best practices and early childhood education principles
- Strong management skills to organize activities and oversee children's safety effectively
- Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire confidence in both children and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact clearly with children, parents, and team members
- Valid driving license is preferred for transporting children or attending off-site activities; willingness to travel as needed
