Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Transformation Programme Lead to drive complex change initiatives across our organization. This pivotal role involves leading end-to-end transformation projects, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of strategic objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Jira.
- Manage and supervise diverse teams across multiple functions, fostering collaboration and high performance through effective leadership and communication skills.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting project success and develop targeted solutions to mitigate risks.
- Gather detailed requirements from stakeholders by facilitating requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into actionable project plans.
- Utilize ERP systems like Workday or Salesforce to streamline processes and improve data accuracy across departments.
- Monitor project progress through dashboards in tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Smartsheet; report status updates to senior leadership regularly.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize resource utilization without compromising quality or scope.
- Apply methodologies such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Waterfall, or Agile practices to ensure flexible yet disciplined project execution.
- Develop comprehensive presentations using PowerPoint or Visio to communicate project milestones, benefits realization, and future roadmaps effectively.
- Drive product management initiatives by coordinating with content management systems like SharePoint or ServiceNow for seamless information flow.
- Promote organizational change by managing stakeholder expectations and fostering engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience leading large-scale transformation programmes within complex organizations.
- Extensive team management experience with a track record of motivating cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Workday or Salesforce; familiarity with project management software including Microsoft Project, Jira, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and deliver projects on time using methodologies like SAFe or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in data analysis tools such as SAS or Visio for reporting insights and supporting decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of product development cycles and content management systems like SharePoint or ServiceNow is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
