Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries or concerns
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Assist with order processing, including taking orders over the phone and entering them into the system
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and process payments
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate them as necessary
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with administrative and clerical duties
- Experience with computerized systems, such as Order Wise, is a plus
- Accurate typing skills and data entry experience
