About the role
As a Recruiter at Stonewood Complex Care, you will play a key role in attracting, recruiting and onboarding compassionate, values-driven care professionals who enable us to deliver exceptional, person-centred care. Working closely with our operational teams, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertising through to onboarding.

Source, screen and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future staffing needs.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Ensure all pre-employment checks and safer recruitment requirements are completed in line with regulatory standards.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Work collaboratively with Care Coordinators and operational teams to meet recruitment targets and service demands.

Monitor recruitment activity, report on key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns and community engagement.

Provide professional administrative support, contribute to a positive team culture and champion Stonewood's values in everything you do.
