As a key member of our floral department, you’ll support the lead florists in preparing stunning bouquets and displays that brighten every occasion.
Responsibilities
Assist in selecting, arranging, and preparing fresh flowers and plants for customer orders and displays.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral work area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored.
Support with inventory management by restocking floral supplies, flowers, and decorative materials as needed.
Engage with customers by providing friendly, clear communication about products and floral care tips in multiple languages such as English and Spanish.
Help set up attractive merchandising displays that highlight seasonal themes and promote sales opportunities.
Participate in gardening and horticulture tasks to ensure healthy plants are available for arrangements or sale.
Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating effectively with colleagues and communicating clearly about daily tasks.
Qualifications

or floral design is preferred; previous experience is a plus but not required.
Strong multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
