PSV Transport Systems Ltd are a parts and service provider to the bus and coach industry. General workshop duties, diagnosis/repair of PSV Transport Systems disabled access ramps, parts organisation, stock control activities.
Responsibility:
Ensuring that work carried out is to PSV standards and that all procedures are complied with.
Responsible for the assembly of parts related to the overall manufacturing/ repair process.
Assembling a variety of materials such as metal, aluminium, and composite parts.
Responsible for the safe operation of equipment and or hand tools associated with the process.
Essential Criteria:
Good time keeping.
Good knowledge of a variety of hand tools and their use.
Good communication skills.
Ability to understand and work to instruction ( full training will be given).
Desirable criteria:
Clean Drivers license.
Previous experience in an Engineering workshop/ repair shop environment.
5 GCSE’s.
This is a permanent, full time position subject to a successful 3 month probation period.
Hours: Mon - Thursday: 8:00 - 16:45. Fri: 08:00 - 16:00
Pay: £13.75 per hour
