Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with assigned business clients and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance on investment platform products.
- Coordinate with software development and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor service performance and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Support system upgrades, integrations, and new product implementations.
- Deliver product training and technical presentations to clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and platform performance.
