We are seeking an experienced Brickwork Supervisor to support the successful delivery of our construction project. Reporting directly to the Project Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to perform in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain safe systems of work across site operations.
- Oversee brickwork production and progress within assigned project areas.
- Ensure QA procedures are followed and maintained.
- Manage and coordinate labour resources effectively.
- Mentor, support, and develop apprentices and less experienced operatives.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or masonry sector.
- SMSTS qualification and/or relevant NVQ Level 5 or Level 6 qualification.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality.
