Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including serving, barista, and hospitality team members, to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth flow from food preparation to serving guests.
- Oversee food safety protocols and food production processes, maintaining compliance with health regulations.
- Lead team management efforts by training new staff, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining area to uphold brand standards.
- Support kitchen staff with food preparation and cooking when necessary to ensure timely service.
Requirements
- Proven 1 year of experience supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Familiarity with hospitality operations including serving, POS sytems and customer engagement.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
