Experienced Practice Manager required to join our friendly team.
We are a fully private, rapidly growing, modern dental practice located in Royal Arsenal Riverside minute’s walk from Woolwich Arsenal Elizabeth line and DLR Station.
We are now looking for an experienced practice manager to really drive excellency in patient care and management within the practices.
- The ideal candidate can demonstrate:
- CQC implementation/delegation.
- Team management/training and basic HR (such as appraisals).
- Developing practice growth.
- An extremely organised approach.
- Strong computer skills with Excel / Word.
- A great, highly motivated and positive approach.
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- To be able to face difficult conversations and deal with issues and complaints.
- Have a passion for business management including making decisions.
- Manage costs and increase revenue.
- Preferably GDC registered.
***Must have Dental manager and reception background Experience***
