Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Take orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery while engaging with guests in a friendly manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
- Manage cash register operations, including handling payments and giving correct change
- Restock bar supplies proactively to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards diligently to uphold health regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and serving standards
- Strong understanding of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: From £12.75 per hour
