Self-Employed Property Inventory Clerk – Immediate Start

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for reliable, self-employed Property Inventory Clerks to join our expanding team.
We primarily cover Bath, Bristol, Reading, Newbury and the surrounding areas, with regular work available and opportunities to grow with the business.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out:
- Property inventories
- Check-ins
- Check-outs
- Interim inspections
You’ll use our digital reporting system to produce professional reports while delivering excellent customer service to letting agents, landlords and tenants.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Professional, reliable and well organised.
- Confident using a smartphone or tablet.
- Property inventory or lettings experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
