Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing descriptions of dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders at Breakfast and Evening Dinner, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety standards, proper serving procedures, and allergen information.
- Clear tables swiftly, reset for new guests, and assist with overall restaurant cleanliness.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or hotel service is beneficial, however training is possible.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper serving techniques.
- Ability to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a friendly attitude.
- Familiarity with food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact positively with guests.
