We’re a trusted, family-run concrete supplier based in Greendale Business Park, just outside Exeter, providing high-quality volumetric concrete to both domestic and commercial customers across Devon.
Due to a new and upcoming contract, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking driver/operator to join our team following the departure of one of our team members. So we’re looking for a new Mobile Batch Plant Operator / Concrete Mixer Driver to join our friendly team.
If you enjoy hands-on work, being out on the road, and talking with customers, this could be the perfect fit.
Experience in concrete mixing or batching is a bonus — but don’t worry if you’re new to it, we’ll provide full training.
What matters most is your positive attitude, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving and operating a Volumetric Concrete Mixer / Mobile Batch Plant
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance
- Producing concrete to customer requirements on-site
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Communicating clearly with customers, site staff, and our office team
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Valid HGV / LGV Class 2 Licence
- Upto date Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
- A good mechanical understanding
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Must live within reasonable travel distance of our yard in Greendale Business Park, Exeter (EX5 1EW)
