Job Summary
As a Bar Supervisor in community pub you will support the day-to-day operations and assist in overseeing the staff to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Your Duties
- Assist in managing day to day running of the bar
-Open and close of the business
- Supervise bar staff and provide guidance as needed
- Manage the bar in managers absence
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation are maintained
- Assist in training new employees
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or similar hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Great communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
-Must be a Personal Licence holder
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
