Mr Slice Guy are hiring!
We are seeking reliable and professional self employed Delivery Drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering pizzas across Preston, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and delivering exceptional customer service. A valid driving licence, experience and relevant insurance are essential to succeed in this position. We have flexible shift patterns available, with a focus on being available for the busy Friday and Saturday evenings.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver our pizzas to our customer base
- Plan delivery routes efficiently, considering traffic, weather, and delivery priorities.
- Assist with tasks in-store e.g. topping up fridges, making pizza boxes
- Follow all road safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Maintain a clean and organised vehicle, adhering to health and safety standards.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver
- Demonstrable driving skills with a valid clean driving licence
- Knowledge of the Preston area
- Prior experience with delivery driver roles will be considered an advantage but is not essential for highly motivated candidates willing to learn. This role is ideal for organised individuals who take pride in their driving skills and delivering excellent service while maintaining safety standards on the road.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
