We are a leading provider of airport and rail station baggage services. We have been offering baggage storage and shipping facilities, as well as a variety of other services, to the travelling public for more than 30 years.
What is the opportunity?
We are looking for Customer Service Agent to work at our locations in Stansted Airport. Weekend work, as well as early and late shifts, are all part of the shift pattern.
As the main point of contact to our customers, you will be skilled at uncovering customers’ needs, then following through by providing excellent customer service.
You are not just the first person customers see when they come into the store, but you are also the one who guides them – engaging, advising, and selling across our whole range of products and services such as bag wrap, left luggage, and lost property.
Ideally, you will have the following;
- Previous customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal professionally with customers

Pay & Benefits:
- £12.71 per hour.
