We are recruiting enthusiastic and professional people to join our friendly and welcoming team at one of Edinburgh's longest established family businesses.
The position involves serving in our Italian Caffe with delicious food, wine and warm and efficient service.
Barista experience is a bonus, as is an interest in or knowledge of Italian food and wine.
Predominantly day time work (we are open 9am to 6pm), but some evenings shifts may be required for private parties and events, and throught the August Festival. Overtime available during holilday times eg August and December.

10% service charge 100% shared amongst staff paid in addition to hourly rate, distributed via TRONC.
