At Horbury Primary Academy, we believe that energetic, proactive individuals are the backbone of a successful classroom. If you have a natural ability to connect with young learners and bring positive energy into a room, we have the perfect Teaching Assistant opportunity for you.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and inclusive team. Working collaboratively with our class teachers, you will play a vital part in delivering a high-quality curriculum, managing classroom behaviour, and creating a safe, stimulating space where every child can thrive. In this role, you will be an active member of our school community, building positive and lasting relationships with children, colleagues, and families alike. The successful candidate will be based in Reception.
We strive to provide a stimulating and purposeful environment, where children are encouraged to learn, develop confidence and enjoy coming to school.
The position is on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 12.00pm and 1.15pm to 3.15pm.
