To be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the health, safety, environmental and welfare of yourself and others in your departments, as well as informing the Co-Packing Manager if any improvements need to be made
What will you bring?

Experience within a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
-
Knowledge and experience of health and safety principles, IOSH would be advantageous
-
Computer literate with experience of working with warehouse management systems; SAP,Microlise,Contrado, Capture IT would beadvantageous
-
Proven leadership and effective communication skills with the ability to direct, coordinate and motivate with strong organisational skills

Initiative-taking with an eye for problem solving and continuous improvement
