The Opportunity
We are recruiting experienced Caseworkers / Fee Earners in Immigration, Family, and Landlord–Tenant law. You will manage your own caseload independently and benefit from a supportive, modern, and fast‑growing legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and progress your own caseload across Immigration, Family, or Housing matters
- Conduct client consultations and provide clear, practical legal advice
- Draft legal documents, statements, applications, and instructions to counsel
- Ensure compliance with procedural timelines and regulatory standards
- Maintain excellent client care and transparent billing practices
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years independently running a caseload
- Solicitor, CILEX, OISC Level 2/3, or experienced Fee Earner
- Strong knowledge of UKVI rules, Family Law, and Housing legislation
- Excellent communication, organization, and commercial awareness
- Professionals who can bring or generate their own cases
