Job Summary

Duties
- Operate various production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation and assembly of food products, ensuring consistency and quality throughout the process.
- Maintain strict adherence to HACCP and food safety protocols to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, identifying mechanical issues and reporting faults promptly.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to measure ingredients or adjust production parameters accurately.
- Follow cleaning schedules to ensure all equipment and work areas are kept hygienic and organised.
- Support the movement of raw materials and finished products within the production area efficiently and safely.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to optimise productivity and minimise waste.
Skills
- Candidates speaking Hindi/Punjabi will be preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with industrial equipment will be beneficial for troubleshooting minor issues.
- Basic maths skills are required for measurements, calculations, and quality checks.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and product quality.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues clearly.

Pay: £12.71-£13.51 per hour
