We are looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team on Saturday evenings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can stay calm during busy periods, and takes pride in giving customers a warm, welcoming experience.
Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, keeping the front of house area clean and tidy, and supporting the wider team during service. Previous hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential as training can be provided.
The successful candidate will be punctual, polite, well-presented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Must be 18 or over.
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
- Experience in serving or barista work demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and support team members as needed
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere
