Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously during nighttime hours
- Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions, verifying guest accounts, and preparing accurate end-of-day reports
- Manage all incoming phone calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises by monitoring CCTV cameras, conducting patrols, and inspecting common areas
- Handle guest requests promptly, providing information about hotel services or local attractions to enhance their stay
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, night audit activities, and incident reports to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold a welcoming environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality environments, demonstrating excellent guest service skills
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Knowledge of hospitality operations, including check-in/check-out procedures and security protocols
