We are looking for an experienced Mobile & Laptop Repair Technician to join our team in Chester. If you have a passion for tech, hands-on repair experience, and excellent customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Repairs: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones, tablets, and laptops (screen replacements, battery swaps, board repairs, etc.).
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain technical issues in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and provide accurate repair quotes.
* Communication: Maintain clear, professional English communication both face-to-face and over the phone.
* Shop Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, manage repair stock/parts, and handle transactions.
Requirements
* Experience: Previous hands-on experience repairing mobiles and/or laptops is required.
- Location: Must currently live in or very close to Chester (local candidates only).
- Communication: Fluent/Strong spoken and written English with exceptional customer service skills.
* Work Ethic: Reliable, honest, adaptable, and eager to demonstrate your skills.
