Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately for beverages and food items
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages following established recipes and safety standards
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, dining area, and workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills, providing correct change and processing payments efficiently
- Ensure timely service by managing multiple orders simultaneously while prioritizing customer satisfaction
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
Experience
- Previous barista experience or serving experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is highly desirable
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory checks
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
