Job Description
Revenue Management and Pricing
- Lead the implementation and ongoing development of WTM's revenue management strategy across all programme areas.
- Monitor booking patterns, seat map performance and demand signals in WTM’s ticketing system (Spektrix) to advise on pricing tiers, release strategies and promotional activity.

- Identify opportunities to grow secondary spend — including catering, retail, donations and event add-ons — and work with operational colleagues to implement sales prompts at key customer touchpoints.
Insight and Data Analysis
- Own and develop WTM's audience insight function, drawing on Spektrix CRM data, Email campaign (DotDigital) analytics, call data and venue sales reports.
- Produce regular insight reports for the Director of Marketing & Sales, Programming team and senior leadership team, covering audience demographics, purchase behaviour, retention and growth.
- Monitor campaign performance in partnership with the Marketing Manager, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to inform future activity.
- Support the development of customer segmentation and targeting strategies to improve the relevance and efficiency of marketing communications.
- Contribute to grant applications, funding bids and strategic planning documents by providing evidence-based audience and income data as required
Collaborative Working
- Attend weekly planning meetings with the Director of Marketing & Sales, Marketing Manager and the Sales & Ticketing Manager to align revenue, sales, and marketing activities.
- Work with the Programming team to understand event programming decisions and their revenue implications, advising on pricing architecture and on-sale timing.
- Liaise with the Head of Customer Experience to identify friction points in the customer journey that affect conversion, repeat purchase or secondary spend.
- Work with the wider Marketing & Sales team to develop omnichannel marketing campaigns that monitor and improve customer retention and frequency of attendance and move the audience up the WTM loyalty ladder from strangers to champions.
- Cover the counter/phones during busy periods or assist if needed.
- Be a positive ambassador for WTM, articulate and deliver the charity’s mission.
- Support the Director of Commercial Growth and Head of Development with data and analysis that informs partnership, sponsorship and development strategies.
- Collaborate with the Finance team on internal and external reporting and insight.
- Act as the internal champion for evidence-based decision-making across the Marketing & Sales department.
