We're a family company based in Shropshire, and we've grown into the UK's leading independent school residential provider. We run a brilliant product, and we genuinely care about making the office a warm, positive place to be.
The role
You'll be booking appointments with the teachers who organise school residential trips, and you'll manage one of our School Journey Advisers who introduce our range of products. With lots of growth across the school travel industry, there's an exciting couple of years ahead.
A role that fits around family life
This is a term time only position - 36 weeks a year, 9am to 4:30pm - so your working week lines up with the school calendar. Holidays off, and an office that understands the realities of family life. We keep things relaxed and we work around the things that come up when you've got children at home.
Pay
£21,000–£29,000 a year for working 36 weeks (basic salary plus holiday pay and commission).
Who we're looking for
Telesales experience is ideal, but full training is provided. Most of all, we're after honest, confident people who enjoy being on the phone, like being part of a team, and are happy to learn.
