The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Technician to join our Cleanroom team in Knutsford. This role is essential in supporting our Quality Management Systems and ensuring we remain compliant with regulatory and industry standards.
Working closely with the site Quality and Compliance teams, you will contribute to maintaining and improving quality processes, ensuring our cleanroom operations consistently meet strict audit and regulatory requirements.

Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Carry out scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly quality tasks in line with procedures
Assist with internal audits and support site audits, inspections, and visitor visits
Perform or support microbiological testing as required
Help record and report on cleanroom garment trials and performance
Ensure compliance with hygiene, behavioural, and cleanroom protocols
Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold quality and operational excellence
Take ownership of health and safety responsibilities, escalating concerns where needed

Essential skills and attributes:
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Experience & Qualifications:
Background in microbiology or a related scientific discipline
Laboratory experience and understanding of lab protocols
Experience working within a quality or regulated environment (desirable)
Good IT skills, including experience with databases
