Team Supervisor – Reablement

Salary: £31,537- £33,699 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Supervisor to join our Reablement Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and supervise a dedicated team of staff that support people in their own home.
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality, person-centred care, by managing a team of staff to develop their abilities to deliver positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Supervisory and leadership support to a team of up to 24 Assistants

Support recruitment, induction, and deliver training to staff

Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals, and performance management

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards

Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of documentation

Participate in a duty rota that covers 7 day working 365 days of the year.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in supervising or leading a team and managing performance
-
Knowledgeable about Reablement principles and best practice

A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills

The ability to chair meetings and write comprehensive reports.

Able to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Committed to staff development and continuous improvement

Have an understanding, and contribute to Quality Assurance

Be fully conversant with IT systems
