The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver lessons and follow work provided by the school
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Support pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Follow school safeguarding policies and procedures
- Work professionally with teachers, support staff and school leaders
What We’re Looking For
You should:
- Hold, or be working towards, Qualified Teacher Status
- Be eligible to register with the Education Workforce Council
- Be enthusiastic, reliable and adaptable
- Have strong communication and classroom-management skills
- Be committed to safeguarding and supporting young people
