Our client is a major name in the world of elite Formula 1 racing. The Genuine Dining Co, is responsible for all food & beverage operations at their UK headquarters. Our site consists of a staff dining restaurant & coffee bar as well as onsite events and hospitality.
We are looking for a responsible and well organised General Assistant to join our tight knit team. The role consists of general front of house duties including serving at hot counter and tills, using the coffee machine, basic preparation, cleaning and serving various events and hospitality functions.
The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar operation, or perhaps a hotel/restaurant background. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality who can build and develop a professional relationship between themselves and our client. Our team is very close and well experienced so we would be looking for the right person to fit into the current dynamic. The ability to drive is crucial as the site is not served by public transport.
On our side we offer a Monday-Friday shift pattern. We provide meals on duty, staff uniform, enrollment in the company pension scheme as well as access ( including full induction and fitness plan) to our clients state of the art gym.
It is worth noting that there are roughly 6-8 Sundays throughout the Formula 1 season, where our client hosts events and as such we are required to work and provide catering, we are also open on bank holidays, with the exception of Christmas Day.
